Can I review the house rules in advance?
Of course. On request we’ll send a preview of the house rules and stay conditions before arrival via email or WhatsApp.

Is check-in after 9:00 pm possible?
Yes, late check-in after 9:00 pm is possible with a small surcharge. For direct bookings it may be waived. Please inform us at least 2 hours before arrival.

Can I access the room before the standard check-in time?
Early access depends on room availability after cleaning. When possible, we offer early check-in with a small surcharge (complimentary with some direct bookings). You can always store your luggage free of charge.

Can I stay beyond the check-out time?
Standard check-out is by 11:00 am to allow cleaning and sanitization. Depending on availability, we offer late check-out with a surcharge (complimentary with some direct bookings). Please ask in advance.

Are you inside the ZTL? Can I arrive by car?
Yes, we’re in the pedestrian/ZTL zone. Entering the ZTL is only required to reach the nearest guarded car park (about 50 m). We recommend **Parcheggio Pagano**—book in advance and provide your license plate for ZTL authorization. After parking, Maqueda 259 is a 1-minute walk.

Do you have parking?
We don’t have on-site parking. The recommended car park is guarded and about 50 m away. We’ll send details and the booking link.

Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We can arrange a **private transfer** with airport pick-up and drop-off near the property (pedestrian/ZTL area). Please provide flight number, arrival time, and number of passengers.

How do I reach the property by public transport?
From the airport, take the **metro/train** to **Palermo Centrale**. From Piazza Giulio Cesare, turn into **Via Maqueda** and walk straight toward Teatro Massimo—reach number **259** in 10–15 minutes.

Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but they’re currently **not allowed** to ensure comfort and quiet for all guests. In exceptional cases, we may consider exceptions if requested before booking.

Is there a guest laundry?
There’s no internal self-service laundry. On request we can recommend nearby laundromats or arrange an external pick-up & delivery service.

Can you organize tours and visits?
Yes. We can arrange **tours and experiences** (historic markets, street food, Monreale, the sea, etc.) and **combined sea + city packages** through our partners. Tell us what you’re interested in and we’ll tailor an itinerary.

Do you offer special packages or perks for direct bookings?
Yes: **best rate**, flexible conditions, early check-in/late check-out (if available), discounts on transfers and experiences. Contact us for current offers.

How much is the city tax?
The city tax is set by the **Municipality of Palermo** and is €4 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 nights. It is paid at the property upon check-in.
